Hyatt Expands Select Service Pipeline in Americas

Hyatt Hotels is expanding its select service pipeline by 25% in the Americas, with significant global growth of its Caption by Hyatt and Hyatt Studios brands, while also upgrading its Hyatt House and Hyatt Place brands for better efficiency and guest experience.

The DJIA ended Friday with a jump of 341 points while Nasdaq was up 219, the S&P 500 rose 51 points and the 10-year treasury yield rose .13 to 3.98%. Lodging stocks were higher. VCSA was the big winner, up 9%, SVC was up 5% but SOHO was down -6%.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced significant growth in its select service pipeline, with a ~25% increase in the Americas over the past three years. As of June 30, 2024, this segment represents over 50% of Hyatt's total pipeline in the Americas.
