Choice Hotels International is expanding its portfolio of solutions for its extended-stay hotel conversions with the introduction of Lobby in a Box, a modular design package.

Dreamscape Hospitality will assume management of the Sheraton Denver West Hotel. The hotel features 242 guestrooms and suites, 18,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, a fitness center, and an indoor heated pool. Sheraton Denver West Hotel will soon embark on a multi-million dollar, comprehensive renovation, revitalizing all guestrooms, public spaces, meeting areas, and the restaurant.
