Sonesta International Hotels Corporation signed 30 new franchise agreements across seven of its brands in Q3 2024.
The DJIA fell 155 points while Nasdaq was up 146, the S&P 500 was up 10 points, and the 10-year treasury yield was flat at 4.27%. Lodging stocks were mixed. The only big mover of note was SOHO, down -8%, while SVC traded down to another new low.
