Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has partnered with Mint Developers to build The James Hotel & Residences Downtown Miami, an $850 million, 82-story tower set to open in 2028.
Good Hospitality Services in conjunction with CPSTAY2 LLC announced the opening of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Crown Point, Indiana. The 114-suite hotel features an oversized indoor pool and large outdoor patio with fire pit and grills.
Aimbridge Hospitality has been selected to manage the new Tribute Portfolio Hotel Chicago, which is set to open in early 2026. The 340-room property is being developed by DAC Developments.
