Wyndham and Kamah Sign $70M Multi-Hotel Deal

Kamah Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in a $70 million deal to develop four new hotels in Dubai and India, focusing on luxury and wellness hospitality under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand.
The Philippines had a 10% year-over-year rise in tourist arrivals in the first nine months of 2024. The total number of visitors reached 4.4 million, up 9.89% from 2023. Overseas Filipinos accounted for 8% of the number, with foreign tourists totaling 4.08 million arrivals, up 10.36% from the same period in 2023. South Korearemains the top source of foreign tourists, with 1.19 million arrivals, up 12.1% year over year. The US rose by 1.65% to 694,142 arrivals. Vietnam had a notable decline, down -10.5%.
The Link Seoul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is now officially open in Guro District, Western Seoul. Marriott International said the hotel has 141 rooms, including 16 suites and a Presidential Suite, across 19 floors.
