China has officially launched the Riyue Bay Surf Resort in Hainan. The resort blends cutting-edge surfing technology with luxury. The resort is located at Riyue Bay in Wanning and features China’s first Olympic-grade surf lagoon powered by pneumatic wave technology. The UECHAO Hotel there provides 132 rooms. The resort offers a lifestyle district known as X-Livin High Street as well as wellness and fitness opportunities.
Pan Pacific Hotels Group announced a management agreement for the upcoming PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Manila Bay. The 169-suite property is slated to open in the first half of 2027 as part of a mixed-use development in Metro Manila, sitting inside a two-tower development comprising offices, retail space, and serviced suites. The 169 suites will include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options for guests.
