The Indian hotel industry saw a 4.8% RevPAR growth in 2Q24, with Hyderabad leading the gains, while Mumbai hotels topped in occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, despite a dip in overall occupancy due to summer vacations and reduced corporate travel.

Langham Hospitality Group has signed management agreements for three hotels on a single plot. The newly built properties are part of Xiamen Seaworld which is China Merchant Group’s mixed-use development that is perched on the western shore of Xiamen’s main island.

Mana Hotels expands beyond Rajasthan with a new homestay in Rishikesh, while IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to add more hotels to its Indian portfolio, with a focus on Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands.
