Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc . announced the company expects to report occupancy of approximately 71% for the third quarter of 2022 with an ADR of approximately $179 resulting in RevPAR of approximately $127.

B.Riley maintained its Neutral rating on Ashford Hospitality but lowered its price target from $12 to $9.
