For Accor, which has long described India as a “critical” market, the joint venture with InterGlobe signals a reset.
Cambodia reported a sharp increase in arrivals from China in the January to July period, according to the Ministry of Tourism. The Ministry said Cambodia welcomed 687,509 Chinese visitors in January, up 48.2% from last year, with Chinese travelers representing 18.5% of the total 3.71 million international arrivals to Cambodia in the first seven months of 2025. China is expected to remain among the top three source markets for Cambodia by year's end.
Marriott International said Four Points Flex by Sheraton is set to expand its footprint in Japan with the upcoming opening of three new hotels in Tokyo, which will bring the total number for the brand in Japan to 16.
