STR reported China hotel data for the week ended November 8th. China hotel RevPAR was up 2% year-over-year for the week, up against a comp of a decline of 3.5% in the year-ago week. For the 2025 week, occupancy was down 1.8% year-over-year, while ADR was up 3.9%.
Singapore’s hotel industry achieved record-high ADR and RevPAR in October 2025 thanks to the Formula 1 Grand Prix. CoStar gave preliminary data showing occupancy in Singapore up 6.5% to 82.8% in October, ADR up 19.5% to S$384.15, and RevPAR up 27.3% to S$317.96. October’s occupancy was the highest for the month since 2019. October 3rd was the peak with occupancy at 95.9%, ADR at S$757.62, and RevPAR at S$726.47. This also beat last year’s Grand Prix results, which were in September.
