Canada’s record hotel performance year has tempered with the country’s first year-over-year declines in occupancy and RevPAR since April, according to November 2025 data from CoStar. The dips follow a historically strong summer, with August bringing in the highest occupancy for any month since August 2014. In November, Canadian hotels saw a 1% drop to 61.6%, as well as a 1% decline in RevPAR to 120.79 Canadian dollars. ADR was flat at 195.94 Canadian dollars.
