Canada's hotel industry reported a third consecutive month of year-over-year performance increases. Dolce by Wyndham is expanding its U.S. footprint with three new hotels. Plus, more hotel deal and development news.

The DJIA fell 80 points on Friday, but Nasdaq surged 1.63% or 398 points while the S&P 500 was up 57 points and the 10 year treasury yield was down .01 to 4.31%. Canada's hotel industry reported a third consecutive month of year-over-year performance increases, according to March 2026 data from CoStar.
