Canada hotels gain 5.3% RevPAR in May; multiple hotel deals, acquisitions, renovations & new openings across North America and Europe.

Canada's hotel industry reported its highest 2025 monthly growth rates in occupancy and RevPAR, according to May data from CoStar.
