Espire Hospitality Signs Five Hotels Across India

Espire Hospitality Limited signed five new hotels across India. Oberoi will add four. LemonTree changed leadership.
Megaworld Hotels & Resorts said they are set to open seven new hotel properties nationwide within the next five years as it targets 9,000 hotel room keys by 2030. The planned hotels will rise in key tourism and business hubs across the country. They include the 554-room Chancellor Hotel in Boracay Newcoast, the 404-room Belmont Hotel Iloilo in Iloilo Business Park, and the 300-room The Kingsford in The Upper East Bacolod. Aside from new hotels, Megaworld will consolidate the 15-story Courtyard by Marriott in Iloilo Business Park under its hotel portfolio this year to add 326 more rooms to its portfolio. The Belmont Hotel Mactan, inside The Mactan Newtown in Cebu, will be rebranded as Mercure Mactan Cebu. Megaworld currently operates 13 hotels with about 6,000 rooms.
