Hawaii's Hotels See Some Declines in 2025 Performance

Truist changed price targets on many of its covered hotel names. Sell-rated ABNB’s target price was cut to $104 from $106; Hold-rated SHO was cut to $10 from $11, while Hold-rated MAR was raised to $278 from $271, and Hold-rated HST was upped to $19 from $17. Buy rating H had their price target bumped up $19 to $159 from $140.

BMO Capital upped its target price on XHR to $16 from $15.
