Vietnam recorded nearly 14 million international arrivals from January to August 2025, up 21.7% year-on-year. August saw 1.68 million international arrivals, up 16.5% year-on-year and up 7.8% from July 2025. China and South Korea remained Vietnam’s largest source markets, accounting for nearly half the visitors. China had 25.4% of the total at 3.5 million, while South Korea had 20.9% at 2.9 million.
