IHG’s Voco Opens Its Largest Hotel in the Americas

IHG’s voco hotels has debuted its largest property in the Americas, voco Times Square - Broadway. Plus, more hotel and deal news.

The DJIA rallied 370 points while the Nasdaq was up 236, the S&P 500 rose 52 points, and the 10-year treasury yield was basically flat at 4.03%. Lodging stocks were modestly higher. Two of the three earnings names hit new highs today, RHP and XHR.

Ryman Hospitality reported a solid fourth quarter of 2025, beating expectations, and gave FY26 EBITDA guidance ahead of consensus expectations. The good news is that forward group bookings are enjoying all-time high ADRs.  The bad news is they fell 10% in the fourth quarter. Revenue on the books for 2026 is up 6% ahead of this time last year. Construction disruption should also go down a lot as the year progresses.Apple Hospitality reported a better-than-expected fourth quarter, but 2026 guidance was a bit confusing.
