Wyndham Deal Expands its All-Inclusive Options

Wyndham Hotels and Decameron have formed an alliance to expand all-inclusive offerings with nine new resorts in Mexico, Panama, and Jamaica, with some joining the Trademark Collection and others joining the Ramada brand.

The DJIA rose 127 points, Nasdaq was up 123, the S&P 500 was up 25 points, and the 10-year treasury yield was down 0.04 to 4.45%. Lodging stocks were modestly higher, but the big moves were to the downside. VCSA fell -7% to a new low while SOND was down -6% on the day.

Truist Securities cut their price target on Playa Hotels & Resorts to $12 from $14. They lowered estimates due to the anticipated renovations the properties are undergoing but maintained their Buy rating.

B.Riley Securities cut their price target on Service Properties Trust to $9 from $10. They maintained their Buy rating.

Bernstein upped their price target on Hyatt Hotels to $190 from $184. Bernstein maintained their Outperform rating.

Goldman Sachs cut their price target on Vacasa to $8.50 from $9.50. They maintained their Neutral rating.
