Stifel upgraded Pebblebrook Hotel Trust to a Buy from Hold while downgrading DiamondRock Hospitality to Hold from Buy. They upped PEB's price target to $15 from $14.50, lowered DRH's PT to $10.25 from $10.75 and also lowered Host Hotels' target price to $20.50 from $21 while maintaining their Buy rating.
