Accor said its strategic growth in Asia continues with a diverse pipeline of more than 230 hotels representing close to 60,000 keys in development. Growth across Accor’s premium, midscale, and economy brands continues to drive its expansion in Asia. Conversion-friendly brands like Mercure and Handwritten Collection are fueling momentum while ibis and ibis Styles strengthen the economy segment. Accor’s premium brands, such as Pullman, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, and Swissotel, are expanding into high-potential destinations across the region. The wave of signings was led by Indonesia with seven projects, while Thailand and Laos added five. The Philippines secured four signings, and India had three. Vietnam achieved a milestone with its largest Mövenpick, a 1,000-key resort in Danang. Japan expanded into Hiroshima with Mercure Tokyo Stay Hiroshima.
