Canada's hotel industry posted a fourth consecutive month of performance growth, according to April 2026 data from CoStar. April 2026 (percentage change from 2025): Occupancy: 63.5% (+0.6%) ADR: CAD201.87 (+6.6%) RevPAR: CAD128.19 (+7.3%). Among the provinces and territories, Newfoundland and Labrador registered the largest increases in occupancy (12.9% to 61.3%) and RevPAR (+21.3% to CAD97.73). Prince Edward Island posted the highest ADR lift (+14.3% to CAD179.89) but the steepest drop in occupancy (-13.8% to 38.3%). Among the major markets, Toronto reported the largest gains in ADR (+12.8% to CAD271.43) and RevPAR (+13.0% to CAD205.27)
