Hilton announced the debut of Motto by Hilton in Australia with the signing of Motto by Hilton Sydney City Centre. This is Hilton's seventh brand in Australia. Motto by Hilton Sydney City Centre will be located on York Street in Sydney's CBD. The hotel is being developed by Invictus Developments, set to open in late 2027 with 152 rooms made up of 96 standard rooms, 14 bunk rooms, 14 flex rooms, eight accessible rooms and 20 suites. There will be a rooftop bar, bar-led food and drink, communal seating both street level and rooftop.
Hilton announced the signing of Conrad Ulaanbaatar, marking its entry into Mongolia. The hotel is being developed by Eco Construction LLC and will be managed by Hilton when it is opened. The hotel is being developed within the Ulaanbaatar Eco Tower, the landmark, mixed-use complex and will have 227 rooms when it opens in 2028.
