STR reported China hotel data for the week ended June 13th. China hotel RevPAR was down 0.8% year-over-year, up against a decline of 6.4% in the year-ago week. We suspect weekend travel was impacted by the start of the FIFA World Cup tournament. ADR was up 1.7% year-over-year for the week, but occupancy fell by 2.4%.
